We’re centrally located between Interstate 80 and Route 209, close to local shopping, dining, schools and Hughes Library, and just a 90 minute drive to New York City. Our beautifully landscaped community participates in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Please note that the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program is monitored by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and Bridge Street applicants must meet the required income criteria in order to qualify for housing. Please review our Qualifying Criteria.




Our leasing office is now open with restrictions. We will follow the protocol and guidelines of local ordinances, as well as the CDC, in consideration for the well-being of all. These include, but are not limited to: required wearing of a mask in order to enter our office, using hand sanitizer before entering office, maintaining social distancing and staying home if you exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC.
